Soul care with Tina

Make room to listen together.

A small group retreat invites your community to slow down and attend to its shared life with God. It can offer a meaningful pause for a ministry team, a leadership group, or a community longing for deeper spiritual attentiveness.

Tina guides contemplative practices such as silence, solitude, prayer, and reflection. There is room for personal listening as well as shared attentiveness: noticing what each person is carrying and discerning the Spirit’s invitation together.

For pastors and church leaders, this is an opportunity to receive soul care as people who often give it to others. The retreat’s purpose can grow out of your group’s longings, its needs, and the season it is navigating.

An intentional rhythm

Rest, restoration, and discernment.

01

Slow down

Create a shared pause from the pace and demands of ministry and life.

02

Listen deeply

Engage practices that make room for God, personal reflection, and honest presence.

03

Discern together

Attend to the Spirit’s invitation for the people and life of your group.

Shape the time together

Begin with your longings.

Share your group’s purpose, approximate size, possible dates, location, and what you hope this time will make room for. Tina can discuss a purposeful rhythm and guidance suited to your community.

Format, timing, availability, and cost can be discussed before you make plans.
